Lagos Train Station
The Lagos railway station is the end of the Algarve Line in the west. The line runs to it's extreme terminus in the east at Vila Real de Santo Antonio, via the Tunes station where one may connect to Lisbon. The original station was built in 1922 and replaced recently in 2003 with a more modern space to accommodate with the demand of visitors. The Lagos station is positioned close to the marina, east from the city centre and accessible to find with ten daily departures.
The Lagos station serves the Algarve Line from this point with Regional and InterRegional trains.
A popular attraction to visit from the Lagos station upon arrival apart from the city itself, is Sagres and Cape Saint Vincente. The most reasonable and practical means is by booking private transfers or premium taxis online with ezClick Transfers. Wheelchair transfers are also bookable for travellers with reduced mobility.
