Battery operated wheelchairs and scooters are considered as baggage, and our normal luggage allowance must be taken into account. 'Disabled Transfer' is recommended and this info should be mentioned in 'Observations'.

We only accept bookings up to 12 hours prior to transfer service.

You should not modify times as all flight times on tickets are local. All pick ups are scheduled to flight times.

The most important information the system requires to find your destination is the town or city field.
Do not use the geographical name; use the city, town or village name.

Book normally, indicating in 'Observations' that you will be travelling with a pet. You will also need to indicate the dimensions and weight of the container + pet. Normal baggage restrictions apply, and we do not cater for unaccompanied/uncontained pets.

You may always view your booking and re-print your voucher by loging in to 'My Bookings'.
Some e-mails are not received due to anti-spam filters. If you received a booking reference on screen, your booking is confirmed. Failure to receive the receipt e-mail has no bearing on the status of your booking.

If you have a booking number; simply login to 'My Bookings' and print your booking. Should you not have your booking number, contact our customer services with your booking details and we will email you, your booking number.

Login to 'My Bookings' at any time up to 12h prior to your arrival date.
Once you have logged in you may modify all details of your booking: number of passengers, destination, hotel address, flight details and personal details. You may also re-print your voucher from 'My Bookings'.

Airports open all Check-in facilities 2 hours before and shut 45min before a flight. One should allow enough time for the transfer duration and meet Check-in opening times. Transfer duration will be informed along with transfer price in the 'Quote' page when booking online or your voucher.

The baggage allowance and fees vary according to airline. One should check flight tickets or airline documentation to learn their policies; which may vary from piece concept to weight restriction. One should weigh all cases before Check-in. 

Mobility Aid procedures vary according to airline. One should check flight tickets or airline documentation to learn their policies. Electrical wheelchairs may only fly with Dry Batteries. One should disconnect the power supply from the battery before handing it over to the handling agent.

Portugal Airports have staff to accompany wheelchair travellers and reduced mobility passengers on arrivals and departures. These services should be mentioned when booking with the airline and requested at Check-in before travel.

The driver will normally wait up to 45 minutes before making enquiries with the airline, 'lost and found' or immigration and will eventually make a 'page' call to meet the passenger at the airport meeting point. The driver will only leave the airport after these procedures have been made.

Normally the ezClick representative will be waiting in front of your arrival gate with an ezClick sign and your party's name. However you must refer to your voucher where you will find specific instructions for your particular airport.

The price paid does not include a tip. As is standard across the globe these days if you feel your driver has been friendly and courteous, then a small tip is the norm.

All transfers are direct, if you have booked a villa, please state the name and area address of the property. Note that one must also have a map and directions to the villa; these should be shown to the driver on arrival to avoid any possible confusion.

Each passenger has an allowance of one suitcase and one golf bag. If you are bringing a mountain bike or a surf board, please check with customer services.
